The animators of Finding Nemo found inspiration in the underwater scenes of classic Disney films such as Pinocchio, The Sword in the Stone, Bedknobs and Broomsticks, and of course, The Little Mermaid. They credit Bambi, however, for making the biggest impression with its naturalistic portrayal of animal life.
